Only their perception of her is real, yes her existence is reality, yes they perceive her, but all of her past experiences, memories, thoughts, etc. are not present IF she is a duplicate; therefore that makes her fake. However, we can go into even deeper levels of cognitive thinking/philosophy and say that her new experiences would make her into the real Asuna eventually, whether duplicate or not, but let's not go there. I don't even read MSN though lol so 50/50 for me, I don't care either way.

I think Asuna is real, she is immune to magic, and not that easy to defeat in close combat.
There is no way that the elf-girl could have abducted her without some sort of struggle that would have alerted the others to her fate.
I think she just got away, and Ken Akamatsu has decided to let the how remain a mystery.

i think asuna is fake. one of the girls that she is fighting dont show her artifact(and maybe she is the fake asuna) and the other one is so powerful she cant defeat them to in that short time.

I suppose there is the possibility of Asuna being fake, but I wouldn't place any bets just yet. It could also just be that KA wants you to think that something like that happened.

I think she is not fake she is just totally klutz thats all. And its one of her charm.
About the diary its just an accident.
Even though their is a chance that she is a fake because KA doesn't show use what happen when
the two girls meet her. But maybe they just do something to her though magic wouldn't be effective.
Maybe tell something or reveal something. But chances are chances. But still not fake.
