Install Act 4
Install this patch and let it run to COMPLETION (It hangs a little in the install, it'll finish no worries).

I have not tried perfect edition myself yet (I beat the original version, and I'm also scared of the bugs >>)
If you want to play the original version, just stop after the first patch and you should have the original game,

Bugs, of course, have been getting fixes along the way. They are still there, just consider yourself luckier that other players

Fixing the .exe related stuff is the most time consuming, since it's a work-around of Werk's stuff.

so to install it do I just extract the files to the same folder? I didn't see any specific way to install unless I'm just missing something??

It could be pre-patched, in which case you start with the "Install perfect edition" part of the directions. This is just a thought though, since those dl links are straight from Twi's forum.

This is supposedly a prepatched (English and all) game, just extract them all to the same folder and you're set. Once again, can't tell you for sure since I really don't feel like dling all this again.
