This series is not as much like Negima!? as I thought it would be, the first part is similar, but it is more like a cross between MSN, and Negima!?
Written by Ken Akamatsu, but drawn but a different person.
The artwork is not as good as the original, though it uses pretty much the same cg backgrounds.

Negi makes a pactio with asuna even though she was already pactio'd making a "Neo Pactio"
Interesting idea.
And Anya is already joining the class.
