Here is a thread for posting spells that appear in Negima.
as well as your own creations.

Here are the rules for submitting.

1. All spells must be in both English, and Latin or Ancient Greek.
if the spell is in Greek you must also have the phonetic pronunciation of the Greek letters.

2. Spells must be to the point. Avoid having too many lines, and saying the same thing twice in different words.

3. Spells must fit in the world of Mahou Sensei Negima!

4. Check to make sure that there is not already an identical spell posted.

Begginer level spells, as used by Yue Ayase and various others.

	Latin: Ardescat English: Burn Conjures a flame at the tip of the caster's wand. Latin: Vente English: Breeze Conjures a gust of wind centered on the caster. Latin: Lux English: Light Conjures a bright light at the tip of the wand, good for providing visibility in the dark, or can be released as a short dazzling flash of light to blind and distract foes.

Captus Flammeus - Fiery Captor

	Latin: "Ex Somno Exsistat Exurens Salamandra Inimicum Involvat Igne! Captus Flammeus!" English: "Let the Blazing Salamander Appear and Cover the Enemy with Fire! Fiery Captor!" Used to bind an enemy with ropes made of flames

Vinctus Aquarius - Water Binder

	Latin: "Ex Somno Exsistat Exundans Undina Inimicum Immergat in Alveum! Vinctus Aquarius!" English: "Let the Wave-Tossed Undine Appear from Sleep and Submerge the Enemy into the Riverbed! Water Binder!" Used to bind an enemy with ropes made of water made vitreous, and gel-like. A water-element variation of Captus Flammeus.

Διος Τυκος (Dios Tukos) - Axe of Lightning

Ancient Greek: "Κενότητος ἀστράπσατω δὲ τεμέτω! Δίος τύκος!" Transliteration: "Kenotētos Astrapsatō de Temetō! Dios Tukos!" English: "Come forth from the void, O Thunder, and cut down my enemy! Axe of Lightning!" Medium range, lightning spell of Ancient Greek origin, and moderate to high level of power. Favoured combo of the Thousand master, when combined with an unincanted lightning arrow to act as a focal-point of a lightning strike from the sky.

Here is the strongest spell I have seen Fate Averruncus use to date:

	Ho Monolitos Keon Tu Haidu (this is the Del Rey translation's version of "Pillars of Hades") Basically conjures a massive black pillar in mid-air and drops it on the target from a height. However it shares the same weaknesses as all other summoned/conjured materials/entities.
