The Artifact is called "Cloak and Dagger" and it is composed of not one item but TWO items.
The first item: Sealing Cloak of Black Heavens
Description: A pitch black cloak with glowing white runes. It's silk is made of orichalcum and zodiacum.
The capabilities: It serves as a power limiter of some sorts, meaning that instead of increasing mana or ki reserves, it only detains it until the wielder chooses otherwise. And because of the materials it was made, it repels magic attacks, ki-based attacks and can reduce the impact of physical attacks to a certain extent.
Special Facts: Unlike most pactio items, this card does NOT return into its pactio card form once "Abeat" is chanted, instead, it stays with the user. Another interesting fact is that does not always need to be a cloak, this piece of clothing will change into a scarf, a headband, a pant, a shirt or any piece of clothing if the owner so wishes it.
The second item: Muramasa, the cursed blade
Description: A katana with a five feet long blade of unreal sharpness that never dulls nor breaks. It is made of orichalcum, platinum and titanium as well.
The capabilities: Unlike the cloak, that focuses on stealth, control and defense, this item focuses on speed and offense. This blade has the abilty to nullify summoned artifacts, creatures and also can shatter magical barrirers with one swipe. Any magic or ki-based attack that is unleashed through the blade of this item will also be intensified.
Special Facts: This item DOES return into its pactio card form once "Abeat" is chanted. Also, it is not recommended for anyone besides the master to wield this blade.
