ok guys lets hear your opinion in the anime of Nagasarete Airantou.

meh i hate the ending i think its crap. its better if misaki landed on Airantou rather the the other Airantou.

Would've been better as a 13-15 episode anime instead of 26. Way too many filler episodes imo. A couple are ok, but that's too much.

I'm with Gal on this one. It's way too long for something with basically no overarching plot. If you cut it in half and condensed the good parts it'd be pretty sweet though.

And for the record, I'm against having Misaki join the cast as anything other than a flashback character. Put bluntly, I can't see her being a compelling character compared to the other regulars and introducing her would reduce screentime for the interesting ones.

I was optimistic about the ending, and thought it was alright and the last 3 or so episodes were very well done up until we hit the final one >>

All in all, this manga is filler in and of itself, so I think filler in the anime isn't too much to complain about. I enjoyed it

Well, believe it or not there is a plot to this and that's Ikuto and Suzu's (you can't tell me the author has anyone other than Suzu in mind) relationship development. Since it follows everyday life the whole thing could be seen as a filler. An episode like when they get trapped in the well I wouldn't call a filler. The episode when Chikage uses the magic book, unnecessary.

I liked the anime but I think it should have been one of those 52 episode animes and maybe started a little later so that it could get more from the manga.

The end is one of those "back where we started" or "the more things change the more they stay the same" types of endings. Ikuto tries to leave but ends up going back to the island, where they hold another game of tag for him, just like at the beginning. There's some boring part about him meeting his sister who tried to follow him and got stuck on an alternate Airantou that's populated only by men, but that really wasn't very interesting. The seiyuu for Misaki does not sound the right age at all...
