honestly, I think (this is theory ONLY. No basis, no spoilers) that Suzu will end up with Ikuto, and some boys originally from the island (went on the fishing competition thing) come back and were on another island and finally escaped? So, Ikuto can just end up with Suzu and everyone else gets their own ****buddies.

Ninpo-Correct. Ill just toss my words in here... THIS DEMOGRAPHIC IS SHOUNEN. SHOUNEN. Aimed towards my age (14 and younger) which most of the time never have a precise ending. Truthfully yes, especially in this type of setting. Some exceptions is child hood friends that have seeded themselves into a lot of anime (I can list quite a few you know).
Mongo-Completely feasable especially if you watch the anime.

This first part leads to an error due to population conservation genetics. No matter how you look at it it's a dead end road within (my non-calculated and spur-of-the-moment guess) six generations. And even if that's just a guess, you can bet that ten's too much.

they could get off the island before the 1'st generation was old enough to have kids, so we dont have to worry about genetics just yet. personally i like Suzu the best so i want her end up with ikuto ('cause i am not one of those crazy guys who want to marry anime/manga characters).
