Proofreading requires correcting grammar and adding punctuation. It also requires altering sentences slightly so that they flow better. Try to apply this to the application and then resubmit it. Also you have to proofread all three sections (Nagasarete Airantou, Freezing, and Illya) in the test not just one.

Example of what? You put it in the spoiler just fine; do you mean the proofreading? If that's the case, go look at some proofread translations. If you're talking about the three tests, just do each test.

where can i read the first few chapters? I can't tell what the story is about it kinda sounds like fate stay night with words like rider and archer its kinda harder to proofread it without knowing what its about.
