move that gigantic pic from the top to the bottom of the page. scrolling down every time is a pain in the ass.

If anyone plays around with the phpBB3 code, it probably wouldn't be too hard to make all in-forum links point to an anchor below the banner.

it would be a lot less of a pain in the ass if the pic was smaller but it doesn't belong at the bottom
