i was talking to some people on the IRC yesterday and i was talking about adding a user group for people who would like to learn to scanlate. it would be an open group (any one can join) with no member requirements (ie: if you want to dissapear for a month and then come back no problem, or if you want to take your new scanlation skills and join another group thats fine too (unless its mahou-x). this is a way for you to identify yourself as a person who would like to learn to scanlate manga and a way for us to find people that can (possibly) join us in the future.

This sound like a great idea, why wasn't it done
