In the five minutes since I logged on the banner changed?
I like the colour screen, but the text I'm typing in the "reply" box is hard to see.
light backgrounds should have dark text and dark backgrounds need light text.
You need the colours to contrast, or the it becomes hard to make out on the screen.

well since Kei is the one doing it and I haven't found a great banner maker to do my request on the banner , well just have to wait on kei and what's under his/her sleeves ^^ no spiders please

Well, If I were to cast my opinion I'll say
Neither unless:
Keep the look for its nice on the eyes but
Don't keep the looks as the picture and the background don't match
