(note i used a few of my own fonts here and there, and reworded a few things, if you want me to go strictly by the book i'll fix it.

Well, here is my humble opinion as a nearly newbie here:

It looks good overall, except for ayane's bubble in the middle left, where the font size you used was too big and the text isn't complete...
I personally don't put periods in my scans, because there aren't many mangas i have seen that do that (in japanese, they dont put them), but it's ok.

Vamp first page needs work centering is off in some bubbles, your second pg was overall better then the first.
